How do I delete my True Lease account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Delete Account page. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

How do I report a listing I believe is inaccurate?

Tap the three-dot menu on any listing and select "Report Listing." Our team will review it.

Can I edit or remove a review I submitted?

Yes. Go to Profile → My Reviews to edit or delete any review you have submitted.

How do I request a copy of my personal data?

Email privacy@truelease.com with "Data Request" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days as required by CCPA.

Is True Lease free to use?

The True Lease app is free to download. Some features may have associated costs — these are disclosed clearly within the app before any charge.

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days during support hours.
